AP Health is seeking a highly experienced Surgical Assistant to join our team in Frisco, TX. A successful candidate would have at least 2+ years of experience in General Robotic Surgery. This job is strictly a surgical only position with no clinic time.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience functioning as a surgical first assistant in general robotic surgery.
• Current Texas State License; relocation support available is provided.
• Board certified by NCCPA; active BLS and ACLS required.

Aufgaben

• Functions as a Surgical First Assistant in the Operating Room
• Positions and drapes the patient under the direction of the surgeon
• Suturing and retracting of all tissue layers
• Assists in intra-operative care of the patient by performing technical duties
• Perform comprehensive and problem-focused histories and physical examinations
• Rotating on-call responsibilities
