AP Health seeks a Physician Assistant or Surgical Assistant in Delray Beach, FL with 2+ years of robotic surgery experience. This role is strictly surgical, serving as a Surgical First Assistant in the OR and supporting the surgeon in intraoperative duties.

Required: Florida license or NBSTSA, NCCPA board certification, and current BLS/ACLS. Benefits include ESOP, 401K match, and CME allowances.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as surgical first assistant in robotic surgery.
• Current FL State License or NBSTSA certification.
• Board certified by NCCPA; active BLS and ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Functions as Surgical First Assistant in the Operating Room.
• Positions and drapes patient under surgeon directive.
• Suturing and tissue retraction.
• Assist intra-operatively and perform histories and physical exams as needed.
