Job summary

Distalmotion is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona, to drive the adoption of the Dexter® Robotic Surgery System. In this role, you will provide hands-on clinical support and training to surgeons and operating room staff, ensuring optimal utilization of robotic technology.

You will work closely with the sales team to meet clinical and commercial objectives while building strong relationships with hospital stakeholders. Willingness to travel extensively is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices, surgical robotics, or operating room environments.
• Previous experience in clinical sales support, surgical training, or field clinical roles is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting minimally invasive surgery or robotic surgery platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical support for the Dexter installed base.
• Deliver clinical training for surgeons and operating room teams on Dexter usage.
• Drive procedure utilization and growth of Dexter procedures within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and clinical stakeholders.
• Represent Distalmotion at industry events and conferences.
