Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation is seeking a Clinical Specialist to deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons and staff, and to provide in‑procedure support for PROCEPT Robotic Systems. You will help optimize OR workflow, assist with installations and software updates, and drive procedural efficiency across accounts.

The role requires travel up to 75% and close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to inform product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years clinical experience preferred.
• Strong interest in medical devices and robotics.
• Must achieve clinical proficiency to cover a case independently within 60 days of Aqua Academy training; possible 30 days coaching if needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons, staff, and new users.
• Support live procedures to ensure optimal OR workflow, setup, and troubleshooting across assigned accounts.
• Provide in-service and field support, including installations and software updates.
• Execute procedural scheduling and efficiency improvements to maximize case coverage.
• Partner with Sales to identify opportunities for utilization growth and account retention.
• Collaborate with team members to drive program efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support marketing and training events, including setup and presentations.
• Gather and relay customer insights to Marketing and R&D for product/program enhancements.
• Maintain accurate case logs, expenses, and administrative documentation in Salesforce.
• Upload case logs to central repository for all cases supported.
• Track and document surgeon progression through onboarding and competency milestones.
