Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Clinical Specialist to deliver product training, clinical education, and in-procedure support for PROCEPT Robotic Systems. You will ensure optimal OR workflow, troubleshoot live cases, support installations and software updates, and help drive efficiency across assigned accounts.

The role requires travel around 75%+ and close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to inform product enhancements and surgeon experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong interest in medical devices and robotics.
• Must be able to travel ~75%+ to support accounts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons, staff, and new users.
• Provide live in-procedure support for PROCEPT Robotic Systems.
• Assist with installations, software updates and field support.
• Coordinate scheduling and drive procedural efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify utilization growth and account retention.
• Maintain accurate logs and regulatory/compliance documentation in Salesforce.
