Job summary

Rep-Lite is seeking a Clinical Account Manager to support the Florida Panhandle region as hospitals adopt a robotic surgical platform. You will work closely with surgeons, OR teams, and hospital leadership to provide hands-on procedural support, training, and clinical expertise, driving utilization and long-term account growth.

You will build strong relationships with surgeons and OR leadership, collaborate with sales and supply chain, and expand MIS and robotic procedures across the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical device sales or clinical support in surgical environments.
• Experience with robotic or MIS procedures is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on OR support before, during, and after procedures to ensure success.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital leadership to optimise workflows.
• Deliver training and clinical education on robotic platforms and MIS techniques.
• Drive adoption, utilization, and long-term account growth across assigned hospitals.
• Represent the organization professionally at regional events and committees.
