Job summary

Rep-Lite is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support robotic-assisted surgical programs across the Florida Panhandle. This field-based role combines clinical expertise, surgeon training, OR support, and customer relationship management to drive adoption of robotic technology.

The ideal candidate has OR experience and enjoys partnering with surgeons, nurses, sterile processing, and hospital leadership. Travel locally throughout the Panhandle is required, with Pensacola and Tallahassee as focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent clinical experience.
• Minimum 2 years in clinical or OR roles within medical devices or surgical settings.
• Experience working in hospital operating rooms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical support during robotic-assisted procedures.
• Train surgeons, nurses, and OR staff on system use and workflow.
• Support territory growth and account adoption of robotic technology.
• Develop relationships with surgeons and hospital leadership to ensure customer success.
