Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to advance orthopedic surgeries worldwide. You will build clinical and technical expertise across Mako SmartRobotics and manual procedures, supporting surgeons in the OR with planning, setup, and real-time workflows.

You will gain hands-on experience with CT-based planning, implant sizing, and intra-operative support while developing competencies in instrumentation, labs, and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent with related experience.
• OSHA-compliant safety handling and clinical environment experience preferred.
• On-call coverage and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
• Support full case preparation, including instrumentation checks and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room confidently.
• Learn workflow for daily account coordination, including inventory management and logistics.
• Collaborate with sales partners to ensure seamless execution and customer experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree

OR

Associate degree with 4 years of professional and/or related experience

High school diploma with 6 years of professional and/or related experience
