Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of capital and/or disruptive technology experience within the medical device industry.
• Frequent business travel required; valid driver's license and passport; ability to work non-standard schedule; on-call hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops a sales strategy to identify and pursue sales opportunities for Aesculap Neurosurgery capital products within territory.
• Implements executive-level selling strategies by initiating sales calls and contacts, developing proposals and action plans, building relationships with customers at the highest levels.
• Controls the sales process through targeting buyers and influencers; overcomes objections to win opportunities.
• Projects executive presence and professionalism to interact with C-level executives.
• Observes surgical procedures as required to stay informed of industry trends.
• Responds to customer needs and acts as liaison between customer and Neuro Business Unit, Customer Service, and Credit departments.
