Job summary
Sutter West Bay Medical Group seeks a board-certified Thoracic Surgeon to join the Thoracic Surgery Associates team in the San Francisco Bay Area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in robotic and minimally invasive thoracic surgery and lead a high-performing thoracic oncology program across clinical, strategic, and programmatic growth initiatives.

Qualifications
- Board certification in thoracic surgery and eligibility for California medical license.
- Completion of accredited General Surgery residency and thoracic fellowship.
- Experience in robotic and minimally invasive thoracic procedures.
- Strong clinical, teaching, and research capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary thoracic oncology program and tumor boards.
- Expand thoracic surgical services and ensure clinical quality.
- Provide consults and emergency thoracic surgery as needed.
- Collaborate with oncology, radiology, pulmonology, and primary care.
- Direct the thoracic surgery service line and care pathways.
