Qualifikationen
- Board Certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery.
- Completion of an accredited General Surgery residency.
- Completion of an accredited Thoracic or Cardiothoracic Surgery fellowship.
Aufgaben
- Perform thoracic procedures including lobectomy, segmentectomy, lung-sparing resections, and complex chest wall procedures using RATS and VATS.
- Lead growth and development of robotic thoracic surgery capabilities and access.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for thoracic oncology care and tumor boards.
- Drive quality improvement, teaching, and research within the program.
- Participate in equitable call schedules and inpatient coverage as needed.
