Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a board-certified Thoracic Surgeon to join our Thoracic Surgery Associates team in a leadership and clinical role focused on minimally invasive and robotic thoracic procedures, including lung resections. The candidate will drive clinical quality, patient experience, and program growth within a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree with completion of accredited General Surgery residency and Thoracic/Cardiothoracic fellowship.
• Board Certified in Thoracic Surgery and eligible for unrestricted California medical license.
• Experience in robotic and minimally invasive thoracic procedures preferred.

Aufgaben

• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and care conferences.
• Collaborate with medical oncology, radiation oncology, pulmonology, radiology, pathology, and primary care.
• Lead development of coordinated, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Direct standardized care pathways for the thoracic surgery service line.
• Participate in system-wide thoracic oncology initiatives.
• Provide call coverage for thoracic surgical services as needed.
