Job summary

B. Braun Medical is seeking a field-based sales leader to drive capital products in the Neuro area, based in Texas.

You will develop territory strategies, engage with top customers, and coordinate with the Neuro Business Unit and service teams to deliver value. The role requires 4+ years in medical devices, strong executive selling skills, and willingness to travel; a valid passport and driver's license are required for frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 4+ years of capital and/or disruptive technology experience within the medical device industry.
• Frequent business travel required; Valid driver's license and passport; Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed; On-call hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops a sales strategy to identify and pursue sales opportunities for Aesculap Neurosurgery capital products within territory.
• Implements executive level selling strategies by initiating sales calls, developing proposals and action plans; build trust with customers at the highest levels.
• Controls the sales process through targeting buyers and influencers; overcomes objections to win opportunities.
• Projects executive presence and interacts with C-level executives.
• Observes surgical procedures to stay informed of industry trends.
• Responds to customer needs and acts as liaison between customer and Neuro Business Unit, Customer Service, and Credit departments.
