B. Braun Medical is seeking a field-based account leader to drive Neurosurgery capital product sales across a focused territory. You will develop executive relationships, deliver strategic proposals, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Ideal candidates reside near NYC or Boston with airport access. The role requires travel, strong industry knowledge, and collaboration with cross-functional teams within the Neuro Business Unit.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4+ years of capital and/or disruptive technology experience within the medical device industry.
  • Frequent business travel required; Valid driver's license and passport; Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed; On-call hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develops a sales strategy to identify and pursue sales opportunities for Aesculap Neurosurgery capital products within territory.
  • Implements executive level selling strategies by initiating sales calls, developing proposals, and building relationships with customers at the highest levels.
  • Controls the sales process through effective targeting of buyers and influencers; overcomes objections to win opportunities.
  • Projects executive presence to interact with C-level executives.
  • Observes surgical procedures as required to stay informed of industry trends.
  • Acts as liaison between customer and Neuro Business Unit, Customer Service, and Credit departments.
