Job summary

B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a field-based Neurovascular/Neurosurgery sales professional located in California, Arizona or Las Vegas to drive strategic opportunities and build executive-level relationships.

You will identify opportunities, present proposals, travel frequently, manage the sales process to C-level buyers, and coordinate with Neuro Business Unit, Customer Service, and Credit teams. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in medical device sales are required; travel and non-standard

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4+ years of capital and/or disruptive technology experience within the medical device industry.
Frequent business travel required; valid driver's license and passport; ability to work non-standard schedule; on-call hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Develops a sales strategy to identify and pursue sales opportunities for Aesculap Neurosurgery capital products within territory.
Implements executive level selling strategies by initiating calls, developing proposals, and building relationships with C-level customers.
Controls the sales process by targeting buyers, overcoming objections, and winning opportunities.
Interacts with senior management and observes surgical procedures to stay informed of industry trends.
Acts as liaison between customers and Neuro Business Unit, Customer Service, and Credit departments.
