Job summary

B. Braun Medical North America is seeking a high-performing sales professional based in Texas to drive Neurosurgery capital product sales. The role requires frequent travel, weekly executive interactions, and strategic engagement with C-level leaders in top hospitals and health systems.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in the medical device arena and a Bachelor's degree, with the ability to work non-standard hours and be willing to be on-site at customer locations across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• 4+ years of capital and/or disruptive technology experience within the medical device industry.
• Frequent business travel required, Valid driver's license and passport, Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed, On-call hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops a sales strategy to identify and pursue sales opportunities for Aesculap Neurosurgery capital products within territory.
• Implements executive level selling strategies by initiating sales calls, developing proposals and action plans, and building relationships with customers at highest levels.
• Controls the sales process through effective targeting of buyers and influencers; overcomes objections to win opportunities.
• Projects executive presence and professionalism sufficient to interact with C-level executives.
• Observes surgical procedures as required to remain informed of industry trends.
• Acts as liaison between customer and Neuro Business Unit, Customer Service, and Credit departments.
