Vip Staffing - zrfw is seeking a CNC Robotic Fitting and Welding Machine Operator for a direct hire opportunity in Rhome, TX. You will set up, operate, and maintain robotic welding systems to produce high‑quality metal components per engineering specs.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on welding experience and can read drawings, program robot weld paths (FANUC/ABB/KUKA/TEKLA), and support safe, efficient production in a steel environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; technical welding/robotics training preferred.
• 5 years manufacturing experience with 3D modeling or related field.
• Hands-on experience with robotic welding systems and reading engineering drawings.
