Job summary

Smith+Naphew Robotics is seeking a field-based Robotics Clinical Specialist to cover Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI. This role sits at the intersection of CORI robotic knee and hip solutions and sales execution, partnering with surgeons and sales leaders to win in competitive markets.

You will provide hands-on OR coverage, drive adoption and growth of CORI technology, support product launches and identify opportunities within your territory.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in medical device sales or operating room based commercial roles.
• Experience in orthopaedics, joint reconstruction, robotics, or capital equipment strongly preferred.
• A competitive, results driven mindset with the ability to influence in high pressure operating room environments.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders.
• Post secondary degree or equivalent commercial or clinical experience.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including regular overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the operating room expert for CORI robotic assisted knee and hip solutions, providing hands on case coverage for new and existing customers
• Driving adoption, utilization, and growth of CORI technology in partnership with Joint Reconstruction and Capital Sales teams
• Supporting product launches, competitive conversions, and strategic growth initiatives within your territory
• Training surgeons and hospital staff to achieve confidence and technical proficiency in live surgical environments
• Identifying commercial opportunities, generating leads, and contributing directly to territory revenue performance
• Representing Smith+Naphew at labs, in services, and medical education events
