Job summary

Sauder's Eggs is seeking a Robotic Casepacker Operator to efficiently operate, set up, and maintain robotic casepacking equipment on a full-time basis at our PA facility. The candidate will work closely with the production team to ensure materials are ready and line productivity remains high.

The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and troubleshoot minor issues while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the duration of a full shift.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate robotic casepacker machinery according to production needs.
• Collaborate with the production coordinator to verify materials for lines before and during shifts.
• Operate multiple casepackers and perform manual packing to maintain productivity.
• Change programs and adjust machines when switching products.
