Job summary

Qualifications

Job Description

• Ensure efficient operation of case packing equipment
• Lock out equipment and Clear Jams
• Assist with setups and change overs
• Perform quality checks regularly
• Ensure case equipment is supplied with required materials (glue, boxesand labels)
• Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment including immediately correcting or reporting safetyissues to your supervisor and or Maintenance personal.
• Complete documentation, maintain accurate report and log as required.
• Follow safety regulations
• Maintain the work area clean

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically incline
• Machine operator experience (Douglas case packer experience is a ++)
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Use hand and do repetitive motion
• Must be able to work 10 hours shift.
• May also engaged in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts
• Due to the environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperatures conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold.
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
• Ability to participate in job development training
• Must have reliable transportation and good stable job history.
• Must have HS diploma or GED.
