Job summary

Sauder's Eggs seeks a Finished Product Coordinator to ensure timely packing materials, move finished product to the cooler, and organize orders in the tracking system. This role requires communication with Line Leads andmachine operators in a fast-paced facility.

The group operates nights Mon-Fri, with shifts starting late evening and continuing until orders are completed. Candidates should be able to lift up to 55 lbs and wear required protective gear.

Qualifications

• Strong math and communication skills are required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for tracking orders.
• Ability to lift 15–55 pounds during shifts.
• Must wear hair net and steel/composite toe boots.

Responsibilities

• Communicate orders with Line Lead and Machine Operator.
• Label all cases needed to fill the orders.
• Complete all orders on schedule.
• Communicate orders and monitor production to ensure cases match orders.
• Provide counts and supply needs for the next order.
• Enter finished product into the tracking system.
• Wrap/tape finished product with correct label; keep cooler organized.

Job Description

The Finished Product Coordinator is responsible for adequately supplying Case Packers with packing materials. Transportall finished product to the cooler and arrange by orders. Make sure all orders are completed and entered into our tracking system. We are looking for a team player who can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Work schedule: Days - Monday thru Friday Hours - 8:45pm to approximately 5:30am or when orders are completed

Responsibilities

• Communicate orders with Line Lead and Machine Operator.
• Label all cases needed to fill the orders.
• Complete all orders on schedule.
• Communicate orders & monitor production to ensure cases are stacked properly and by order.
• Give counts and supply needs for the next order.
• Complete “Finished Product” tracking sheet and enter finished product into tracking system.
• Properly wrap/tape finished product with correct label.
• Keep the cooler organized and rotate product as needed

Qualifications

• Good Math & Communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Completion of Pallet Jack Certification through R.W. Sauder.
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to lift 15-55 pounds
• Must be able to move and walk throughout the entire shift.
• Must wear a hair net & steel/composite toe boots.
