Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2+ years CARDIAC SURGERY (CVOR EXPERIENCE).
• Experience as a Physician Assistant / First Assist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site case support in OR for robotic cardiac procedures.
• Serve as clinical expert for setup, troubleshooting during live cases.
• Promote DaVinci adoption and training for surgeons and teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand program adoption.
