Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is seeking a Clinical Sales Associate to drive da Vinci System utilization in the Winchester, VA territory. The role focuses on clinical selling, training hospital teams, and expanding system adoption.

The candidate will collaborate with Clinical Sales leadership to optimize patient outcomes while meeting regional sales goals, with travel up to 25% and flexibility for non-standard hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years outside sales experience; medical device experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sales strategy with the Clinical Sales Manager to drive robot utilization.
• Manage surgical teams through training, OR integration and da Vinci Surgery applications.
• Be a da Vinci Surgery resource across primary surgical specialties.
• Support regional events to increase system awareness and procedure adoption.
• Create a plan for each team to use the system unsupervised and expand user base.
• Drive sales of instruments and accessories and handle administrative tasks.
