Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required preferably in Clinical or Health Sciences, Healthcare Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Communications or Education
• Minimum 24 months in this role to be eligible for internal opportunities

Responsibilities

• Deliver da Vinci System training to surgical teams at designated training centers and remote centers
• Lead and support specialized training programs and events for surgeons, educators, and participants
• Collect data via surveys to measure program effectiveness
• Serve as subject matter expert for internal projects (new product development, training materials/protocols, training research)
• Collaborate with Training team to improve existing programs
• Train sales force to conduct in-services and system skills development for customers
• Occasionally support the da Vinci System in hospital ORs
• Support system troubleshooting and maintenance at training centers
• Manage training center logistics, inventory, and calendars
• Maintain capital equipment including sterilization of instruments/accessories
• Foster positive relationships with external training center staff and ISI management
• Contribute to quarterly goals
• Develop competency in System technology, applications, OR efficiency, training pathway, and coaching methods
