Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. in Boston is seeking a Cardiovascular Program Specialist to provide expert clinical support, training, and education to physicians, nurses, and hospital staff on DaVinci cardiac surgery, devices and therapies.

You will partner with the Cardiovascular Sales Manager to ensure safe adoption, develop surgeons, and expand program reach across national accounts. The role requires significant travel and a collaborative, hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or business preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, life sciences, or related field required.
• Advanced degrees (RN, PA, NP, RT, or other clinical credentials) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical support and training for robotic cardiac surgery.
• Assist with device setup, troubleshooting, and cases.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to expand program adoption.
• Deliver ongoing education and onboarding for new sites.
• Design pathways and training to ensure surgeon autonomy.
• Travel up to 75% domestically.
