Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. in the Dallas region seeks a Cardiovascular Program Specialist to provide expert clinical support, education, and training for DaVinci cardiac surgery, devices, and therapies to physicians, nurses, and hospital staff.

You will work with the Cardiovascular Sales Manager to ensure safe adoption and patient outcomes. This role requires 2+ years in cardiac surgery (CVOR) and is travel-heavy, with as-needed after-hours support to meet site goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2+ years CARDIAC SURGERY (CVOR EXPERIENCE).
• Experience as a Physician Assistant, First Assist (Plus industry experience is strongly preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site case support in the OR or hybrid OR for robotic cardiac procedures.
• Conduct training for physicians and care teams on indications and proper use of robotic platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and program success.
• Stay current on clinical literature and provide market/clinical insights.
