Job summary

Experis in Foster City, CA is seeking a Technical Program Manager - Hardware Development Programs to lead end-to-end hardware development for next-generation robotaxi programs, from concept through EVT/DVT/PVT to production ramp, in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, software, firmware and systems engineering; partner with outside contract manufacturers to plan prototype builds and ensure a smooth production ramp.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hardware TPM/Engineering PM experience, from concept through production ramp.
• Experience working with outside contract manufacturers during development and ramp.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, software, firmware, systems).
• Excellent communication skills for reporting progress and risks to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hardware development programs from concept to production ramp.
• Translate strategy into detailed roadmaps, timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, firmware, and systems teams to align priorities.
• Partner with contract manufacturers to plan prototype builds and production ramp.
• Establish standard reports and update teams and leadership on progress, risks, and milestones.
