Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking Depot Specialists to support daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across North America from a dedicated depot. You will ensure vehicles are cleaned, charged, inspected, and ready for deployment, with responsibilities spanning vehicle prep, fleet readiness, and inventory management.

No prior AV experience required—training will be provided. This role suits hands-on, organized individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable

• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable driving both electric and conventional vehicles
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
• Upper-Intermediate English

Responsibilities

• Fleet Readiness: Prepare autonomous vehicles for daily robotaxi fleet operations; ensure vehicles are cleaned, inspected, charged, and deployment-ready; verify cameras, LiDAR, radar, mirrors, sensors, windows, and interiors; perform pre- and post-shift inspections; monitor battery levels and charging schedules.
• Depot Operations: Coordinate vehicle movement, parking, charging, and staging; assist with dispatch and returns; organize parking areas; maintain depot cleanliness; coordinate with Safety Operators, Technicians, and Operations Leads.
• Vehicle Support: Perform basic vehicle functionality checks; verify tire condition, lighting, fluids, charging equipment, and general condition; escalate issues to Senior Technicians or SDS Specialists; support recovery and transport.
• Inventory & Logistics: Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, charging accessories, PPE, and equipment; track usage; receive deliveries and organize storage; assist with fleet expansion and new depots.
• Documentation & Compliance: Complete digital inspection checklists and fleet readiness reports; record vehicle status and charging information; follow safety procedures; support continuous improvement initiatives.
