Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking Depot Specialists to support the daily operations of autonomous vehicle fleets across North America. You will prepare vehicles, ensure they are clean, charged, and ready for deployment, and assist with depot operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working indoors and outdoors. Training will be provided, and shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable driving both electric and conventional vehicles.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Fleet Readiness: Prepare autonomous vehicles for daily robotaxi fleet operations; ensure each vehicle is cleaned, inspected, charged, and deployment-ready.
• Depot Operations: Coordinate vehicle movement, parking, charging, and staging; assist with dispatch and returns; organize parking areas for efficiency; maintain depot cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Vehicle Support: Perform basic vehicle checks before deployment; verify tires, lighting, fluids, charging equipment and overall condition; escalate issues to technicians.
• Inventory & Logistics: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, charging accessories, PPE, and equipment; track usage and replenish; receive deliveries and organize storage.
• Documentation & Compliance: Complete digital inspection checklists and fleet readiness reports; record vehicle status and charging information; support safety procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
