Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking Depot Specialists to support daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across North America. You will prep vehicles, ensure readiness, manage inventory, and assist with depot operations to enable safe and reliable autonomous mobility services.

This hands-on role suits organized individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments. Training is provided, and you will contribute to launches and ongoing fleet readiness across multiple cities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Comfortable driving both electric and conventional vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and good time management.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with digital checklists.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare autonomous vehicles for daily robotaxi fleet operations.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, charged, inspected, and deployment-ready before each shift.
• Monitor battery levels and charging schedules for EVs.
• Coordinate vehicle movement, parking, charging, and staging; assist dispatch and returns.
• Maintain depot cleanliness and safety standards; report issues to technicians.
• Complete digital inspection checklists and fleet readiness reports.
• Support fleet expansion, depot launches, and logistics as needed.
