Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; related experience is a plus.
• Ability to train and work with others in a team environment.
• Ability to perform basic math and interpret bar graphs.
• Welding specifications, print reading, and weld evaluation knowledge.
• Familiarity with automated and robotic weld cells and resistance welders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality and process adherence to manufacturing objectives.
• Follow safety guidelines and monitor safety devices and housekeeping.
• Maintain conformance with company work rules.
• Operate and set up robotic weld cells and resistance welders.
• Read welding specifications and perform weld evaluations.
• Other duties may be assigned.
