• Performs welding operations per customer specs, drawings and engineering instructions.
• Sets up manual weld machines or robot cells per setup sheets.
• Verifies filler metal and adjusts gas flow per WPS.
• Loads/locates parts and welds per prints.
• Performs quality checks and maintains equipment.

Responsibilities

• Welds parts per job prints and specs.
• Operates robotic weld cells and manual weld equipment.
• Reworks parts to meet customer specifications if needed.
• Removes weld spatter and scales; performs grinding to spec.
