Job summary

You will read blueprints and welding symbols, set parameters, and perform welding, inspection and finishing as part of a continuous improvement team. The role requires at least 1 year of welding experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass an internal welding test.

Qualifications

• 1+ year welding experience preferred (MIG/TIG).
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when production needs require.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate robotic welding equipment to produce metal parts and assemblies
• Load components into fixtures manually or with hoists and other material-handling equipment
• Set and adjust welding parameters including wire feed speed, amperage, polarity, gas, and other machine settings
• Perform robotic welder programming, touch‑point adjustments, and operational corrections
• Monitor welding operations and make necessary machine adjustments
• Inspect and measure completed parts to verify they meet specifications and quality requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, work instructions, quality plans, and job specifications
