Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Pennsylvania to operate basic machinery following SOPs and maintain a clean, safe workspace. You will load and unload materials, monitor operations, and report issues promptly.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, basic math skills, and the ability to follow instructions. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and compliance with safety policies; some overtime may be required.

• Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
