Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Production Operator to join our Bedford, PA manufacturing team. You will operate basic machinery, load/unload materials, monitor processes and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, basic math, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team. Fluency in English is required in the local area.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
