Valiant TMS, a global industry leader, is looking for a Robot Programmer to join our Body-in-White division in Auburn Hills, Michigan. If you’re passionate about cutting-edge automation technology and want to help develop smart and sustainable factories for the world’s top companies, this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Get To Do
  • Perform robot programming (Fanuc, ABB, Kawasaki, and Motoman), including simulation programs, robotic dress, and robotic safety setup.
  • Develop and implement standard engineering practices and provide detailed documentation upon project completion.
  • Create logic for simulation programs.
  • Support the installation of tooling in the customer plant.
  • Ensure all robot programs are efficient and compliant with standards.
  • Introduce programming improvements based on customer needs.
  • Implement application requirements for robotic welding, joining, sealing, and material handling.
  • Identify spot welding locations using weld data sheets and technical data.
  • Debug, verify I/O signals, and manage interference zones.
What We Are Looking For
  • Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Robotic Studies, or similar.
  • Technical Skills: 3-5 years experience with automated equipment in industrial settings.
  • Innovation & Problem-Solving: Creative and technically skilled thinkers.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, collaborative mindset.
  • Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the US.
