Job summary

Michael Foods, Inc. is seeking a Robotic Palletizing Operator responsible for monitoring robotic palletizing systems and ensuring accurate SKU-based stacking.

You will follow strict safety policies, perform data entry in SAP, and help maintain clean, organized palletizing areas to support quality and efficiency on the production floor. The role requires adherence to GMP and HACCP guidelines, LOTO procedures, and the ability to work in a cold indoor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos; basic writing and communication.
• PIT certification and valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of LOTO procedures and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic palletizing machines and ensure correct stacking by SKU and line.
• Enter required data into the SAP system.
• Maintain safety, GMP, and HACCP practices; support SQF Level 3.
• Stack and wrap full pallets and ensure proper indexing.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic housekeeping in the palletizing area.
