Job summary

ROCKWOOL International A/S is seeking a Robot Operator to join the Byhalia, MS team on a 5:00 AM–5:00 PM 2-2-3 rotating schedule. You will operate the Unit Load robot, use WinCC, respond to alarms, and adjust pallet handling to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with machine set-up and operation.
• Ability to read written instructions and operate equipment safely.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and read alarms.
• Good communication and teamwork to coordinate with departments.

Responsibilities

• Operate Unit Load (Robot) and adjust settings in WinCC.
• Respond to alarms and clear jams.
• Load/maintain pallet de-stacker per procedures.
• Maintain strapper and hooder by changing rolls and adjusting tension.
• Maintain labeler and printing ribbons; replace parts as needed.
• Communicate problems to Lead Hand or Supervisor and overall production readiness.
