Job summary

ROCKWOOL is hiring a Forklift Operator for our Byhalia, MS warehouse on the night shift (Mon–Fri, 11PM–7AM). You will load/unload ROCKWOOL products, maintain accurate labelling, and support inventory control in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience operating a forklift, clamp truck, or pallet jack.
• Preference for experience in continuous flow manufacturing or industrial environments with automated equipment.
• Previous SAP experience preferred.
• Organizational and analytical skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload ROCKWOOL product and materials from pallets, skids, platforms, trucks or other transport sources, ensuring no damage and proper labelling.
• Implement inventory management using physical stock counts, investigate discrepancies and adjust errors.
• Maintain work equipment and perform basic troubleshooting as a first line of defense for issues.
• Team player in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ensure correct product volumes are produced and delivered against production plans and KPIs.
