Miller Industries in Ooltewah, TN is seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to join our world-leading team. You will operate the robotic welding cell, read blueprints, and contribute to manufacturing high-strength tow and recovery equipment.

We offer a climate-controlled shop, 4-on/4-off schedules, overtime, and paid training. Starting pay is $24.52 per hour, with opportunities for merit increases and professional development at a growing Tennessee plant.

Qualifications

• Proficient in robotic welding and blueprint interpretation.
• Experience operating robotic welding cells and performing welds.
• Ability to perform minor programming adjustments to robotic systems.

Responsabilités

• Maintain robotic system programs.
• Manage daily operation of the robotic cell.
• Track and maintain preventive maintenance tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Prioritize and process work orders for the robotic cell.
• Robotically weld fabrications; hand weld as required.
• Perform minor programming corrections as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Summary

Ensure small wrecker parts are manufactured or processed in accordance with process control plans and that production output targets are met.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain robotic system programs
• Manage daily operation of the robotic cell
• Track and maintain preventive maintenance tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Prioritize and process work orders for the robotic cell
• Robotically weld fabrications.
• Hand weld fabrications as required.
• With readily available supervision and programming guidance, able to perform minor programming corrections to start or end locations, air moves, offline programming, etc.

Other duties may be assigned.
