Miller Industries, Inc. is hiring skilled welders to join our production team in Tennessee. You will weld metal parts to blueprints, inspect weld quality, and perform repairs as needed while maintaining safety and PPE standards.
The role supports a 4-on, 4-off schedule with day shifts and benefits after onboarding. Opportunity to advance through Weld Academy and participate in ongoing professional development, with tuition reimbursement and regular performance evaluations.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to work a schedule of four days on, then four days off.
