Job summary

Neuralink is seeking a Software Engineer for the Robot Manufacturing Team to build the software stack that tracks, assembles, calibrates, and verifies neurosurgical robots. You’ll work directly with robot and surgical engineers, not through distant product specs, to ship practical solutions quickly.

Expect hands-on coding, collaboration with engineers, and frequent field deployments as the team scales to meet clinical demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills with Ruby on Rails and React/TypeScript.
• Built software that real people use.
• Talk to users, understand problems, and translate into well-built software.
• Take ownership and fix issues on the floor.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in large-scale manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Develop inventory and warehouse management systems for neurosurgical robots.
• Build lifecycle management software to calibrate, verify, and maintain robots.
• Own the direction of the robot manufacturing software stack and shipping solutions.
