Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.

You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive team. The position offers comprehensive training, paid travel, insurance, 401K, and career growth through HHF Fellowship and RBT Rise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (human services degree preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (up to 50 pounds).
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range

$19 - $20.16 USD
