Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism across clinics, home, and community settings. You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA and collect behavior data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (walk, run, lift up to 50 lbs).
• Strong communication with families.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.

We're Looking for Someone With:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
