Responsibilities

• Assist with daily roasting and packaging needs using ShipStation and Cropster.
• Support the roasting schedule to ensure coffee is ready for packaging and order fulfillment.
• Work alongside the production team to maintain timely and accurate order flow.
• Assist in monitoring green and roasted coffee inventory levels to prevent shortages.
• Record and track green coffee purchases, storage, and roasted inventory regularly.
• Communicate with team members in person and via Slack to support daily production needs.
• Maintain a professional, team‑oriented demeanor at all times.
