Job summary

Kuppa Joy in California’s Central Valley is seeking an experienced Roasting Supervisor to lead daily coffee production from bean selection to final quality. You will roast a portfolio of blends, maintain SOPs, and ensure cleanliness and accurate production logs at our warehouse headquarters.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years roasting, strong QA/QC experience, proficiency with Cropster, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years' experience roasting coffee
• Deep knowledge of origin, production processes, and roasting techniques to improve quality
• Quality control standards and consistency across batches
• Strong communication and collaboration within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Lead team on all coffee and cold brew production ensuring top quality across products
• Coordinate quality control practices for all roasted coffee and cold brew
• Oversee prep, organization, and fulfillment of coffee bags for cafe and online orders
• Manage cuppings for internal and external quality control
• Implement systematic improvements with leadership to meet supply chain needs and production performance
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness of roastery, warehouse, and offices
