Job summary

Buddy Brew Coffee in Tampa welcomes applicants for Production Packaging roles at our Roastery facility. You will support packaging, assist roasting, and manage shipments to customers and BBC stores.

The position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and a drive to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Education – Minimum High School degree.
• Computer skills in Excel and Word.
• A valid state issued driver’s license without major infractions.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to clearly and neatly document actions on Batch records.

Responsibilities

• Assist Roasting Ops, Setting up Packaging and Organizing Roasted coffee going out per customer orders.
• Assist Cold Brew Ops, Packaging and Canning of Bolt for inventory build.
• Assist with Internal Deliveries going to BBC Retail Shops.
• Operate within GMP regulations, maintain a sanitary environment.
• Operate within OSHA regulations, always in a safe manner.
• Promote inventory accuracy.
• Maintain production facility as requested by the Director of Coffee.

Do you love coffee and working in a production facility? We are currently hiring for Roastery and Cold Brew Production Team Members that will assist with packaging, delivery and various other production duties within our Roastery and Cold Brew Facility!

Duties and responsibilities

• Assist Roasting Ops, Setting up Packaging and Organizing Roasted coffee going out per customer orders
• Assist Cold Brew Ops, Packaging and Canning of Bolt for inventory build
