Job summary

Auction.com is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator for Roanoke, VA. You will greet guests, collect participant information, and support pre-auction processes across multiple auction locations. The role requires travel and strong customer-service skills in a dynamic environment.

Live auctions run weekdays, with additional training sessions in person and via Zoom. This part-time position offers a unique office-free environment and opportunities to grow through training and team collaboration.

Qualifications

Enjoys working in customer service and helping people.
Is tech-savvy with strong troubleshooting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
Willing to travel up to 2 hours to event locations in personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and collect customer information to meet pre-auction requirements.
Learn and share knowledge about Auction.com programs for attendees.
Collect sensitive buyer and seller information with 100% data input accuracy.
Multi-task in a fast-paced auction environment with strong customer service.
Execute tasks with high quality, efficiency and attention to detail.
