Job summary

Auction.com is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator (Part Time) in the Williamsburg/Newport News area to support live auctions scheduled weekdays. You will greet attendees, collect information, and ensure pre-auction steps are completed while representing Auction.com professionally.

The role requires flexible hours (6–10 hrs/week on average), the ability to travel up to 2 hours to county courthouses, and a willingness to participate in training sessions both in person and via Zoom.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and collecting customer information to ensure pre-auction requirements are met.
• Learn and share knowledge about Auction.com programs and initiatives that deliver the best auction experience for attendees.
• Collect sensitive buyer and seller information with 100% data input accuracy.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced auction environment and provide customer service to all attendees.
