Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, display, and promote products in assigned retail stores. You will travel within a designated region, coordinate with store teams, and complete tasks during peak periods and special projects using the company mobile app.

The role requires reliable access to a personal smartphone, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and organizational skills to ensure displays meet client guidelines and deliver outstanding customer

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone for work tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within a region.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to keep displays in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects and report results via the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Travel to multiple stores as assigned within a region.
